Job Description

    Driver Job DescriptionA Drivers primary responsibility is tosafely transport cargo or passengers from one location to another. Key duties include:
    • Route Navigation: Following traffic laws and correctly routing themselves to ensure timely delivery or transportation.
    • Vehicle Maintenance: Ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition, with sufficient fuel, and maintaining a clean interior.
    • Customer Service: Providing superior service to clients, passengers, or customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
    • Safety and Compliance: Adhering to state and federal regulations, as well as company standards, to ensure a safe and secure transportation experience.
    • Loading and Unloading: Loading and unloading cargo or passengers as required, with attention to detail and care.
    • Time Management: Managing time effectively to meet delivery schedules and deadlines.
    • Communication: Communicating with dispatch, customers, and colleagues as needed to ensure smooth operations.
