Hiring for Elite Banker (VRM)- First Wealth (Bank Payroll)Work From Office:
• Qualification: Graduation Mandatory, with experience of a 2-5 years into banking sales
• Age - Upto 32
• Location :- Thane Hiranandani / Hyderabad Hitech City
• Salary : Upto 10 Lpa (hike on last drawn salary, with relevant experience)
• Exp into Wealth mandatory
• Shifts : Rotational Day shift
• 6 Week off in a month
• Job Purpose:
• Enhance customer engagement virtually to improve retention, cross-sell bank products, and drive adoption of digital banking platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strengthen customer relationships and grow portfolio value.
• Acquire new NR accounts and generate referrals.
• Drive remittances, digital banking activation, and app usage.
• Cross-sell products like credit cards, loans, insurance, and investments.
