• Basic knowledge of various OS server functionality
• Basic understanding of RDBMS and able to do daily operation activity
• Basic IT infrastructure knowledge and backups
• Should have architecture understanding of internet-based application
• Ready to work in shifts (including night shifts and holidays)
• Able to communicate in English (verbal/written)
• Act on the alert received by different tools
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with nontechnical audiences on technical issues.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate on a technical level to a technical audience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptable and able to learn quickly.
