Job Description

Job duties: 1. Coordinate with the attorneys office to file H1B amendments/ amend & extend / CAP cases / Extensions. 2. Should know the H1B filing process thoroughly. Should be well versed with drafting End client letters / Vendor letters. 3. Should understand MSA's and the impact of MSA;s on H1B petitions. 4. Should be able to talk to employees about their H1B cases and work with them. 5. Should be able to file LCA's and H1B's in-house. 6. Should be able to handle RFE's for H1B. 7. Should know the Green card processing. 8. Should be comfortable getting into calls with the attorney's office. 9. Should be well organized and should be able to multi-task. 10.
