Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Professional and Business Development Specialist for Indias Leading insurance Company. Jobs Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by developing and implementing strategic plans for the Agency Channel.
  • Identify and recruit new agents, financial consultants, and partners to expand the agency network.
  • Provide training, support, and motivation to agents to enhance sales performance and achieve business targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design and execute business development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while managing the sales process.
 Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development in any domain.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing agency networks.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
