Job Description

This Position to look after the GCC Market. Jeddah based IT Business and Technology services company is planning to recruit a Sales & Marketing Manager (Business Development Manager) who will be based in Hyderabad, India. The candidate will report to the General Manager and is responsible for the business development in the region in the areas of ERP Solutions and Implementations, Software products, licenses, hardware, IT consulting and support services. His focus will be to propagate our solutions and services to the private and government sectors in KSA market in accordance with the company policies, strategies, and targets. The core objectives of the candidate; are Pre-Sales, Sales, generating and Finalizing leads and looking for potential business prospects. It also includes activities like keeping up to date with trends and developments in the IT industry; generating new business leads through social networking and promotional activities; and focusing on the market demand and developing self-knowledge and skills on a regular basis. Core Areas: 1.ERP Applications (Oracle EBS, SAP, Microsoft, IFS and Other small-scale solutions) 2.SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and other Cloud computing solutions 3.Infrastructure and Hardware Solutions 4.Route to Market Software, Hardware and Support Services 5.Business Solutions specific to Financials, Supply Chain, Retail and FMCG 6.Financial and Business Operational Dashboards and Reporting Solutions 7.Software Products Licensing 8.Security Solutions (Software and Hardware) Education and Certification Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science / IT / Commerce or Finance. IT Sales and Marketing Local or GCC Experiences Experience in Pre-Sales, Presentations and negotiating with customers/clients Responsibilities As an IT sales professional, youll need to: This job is salary with good commission based on targets achievements speaking to the customers, either face to face or over the phone to get the initial requirements gain an understanding of customers diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them Carry out cold calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings identify and develop new business through social networking and follow-up courtesy calls prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of software solutions to the customers market and promote a portfolio of solutions and products by writing and designing sales literature and attending industry events maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing business and IT demands Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology Provide advice to customers on all aspects of ever-changing market and technologies advise on our business solutions features and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of contexts such as KPIs, Reporting, Financials Monitoring, Manufacturing, or other specialist areas Manage workload in order to organize and priorities daily and weekly goals Contribute to team or progress meetings to update and inform management. Salary: A Permanent position with a base salary along with lucrative commissions. Performance-related bonuses on top of the salary, called OTE (on-target earnings). Skills Set: Responsive to Business Requirements A good level of technical understanding, with enthusiasm for new technology and its commercial uses - though having technical skills before you start isnt essential Self-motivation and a competitive, results-driven attitude Passion, dedication, focus, resilience, and the ability to work well under pressure Confident presentation skills. ability to pay attention to detail and articulate, persuasive, and influential verbal communication skills Time-management skills and the ability to priorities workload a strong team spirit and business awareness an up-to-date working knowledge of the industry Oracle ERP, Microsoft products, Hardware Etc., a full, clean driving license Work experience: Minimum of 5-6 years KSA or GCC work experience is must in the IT field along with Industry ERPs knowledge, Oracle E-Business Suite Knowledge is a big advantage.
