Job Description

Who We Are: Come and join us! Oracle Local Government is in the process of designing & developing a suite of SaaS applications for the state and local government sectors using cutting edge technologies. These are exciting times in our space - we are growing fast, still at an early stage, and working on daring new initiatives. Who You Are: As a Senior Automation and DevOps Engineer for Oracle Local Government you will play a meaningful role in executing Manual Steps and writing Automation to Deploy NetSuite Applications into Production and Development environments. You will also write Test Automation that will be used in Regression testing and CI/CD Pipelines.

  • Build and Deploy solutions on top of the NetSuite platform both manually and with automation.
  • Write Automation to deploy Applications into Production and Development environments.
  • Document deployment processes.
  • Design and Build test automation that will integrate with Continuous Integration tools.
  • Contribute to Application release management.
  • Support new team members.
  • Participate in Test and Code Reviews.
  • Follow the SCRUM framework & methodology.
  • Follow SOC1 and SOC2 guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4+ year of experience in writing Automation.
  • Used scripting language like JavaScript, PHP or Perl.
  • Experienced with Continuous Integration tools like Bamboo or Jenkins
  • Debugged complex technical problems in test and production.
  • Able to write UI Automation tests using Selenium or Playwright.
  • Worked in Agile frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Testing and Automation experience with NetSuite SuiteApps.
  • Experience with SuiteCloud CLI.
  • DevOps Experience
  • Worked with Jira and Confluence.
  • Integration Testing
  • Have used Test case management tools in Jira like Zephyr or X-Ray
