About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Data Management Analyst...In this role, you will:

Need business analyst / BA / project & program management skills.
Work on developing BRD, UAT test cases writing, performing DQ, DB query, QA.
Conduct calls with tech and user community & publish updates.
Powerbi / Tableau skills will add.
Must have excellent presentation skills (including PPT)
Must have experience to work on transformation projects which involves workflow tools, STP amongst systems
- Work on multiple parallel or semi parallel work steams- Assess the new features of the GSS workflow, perform impact analysis to the SMART data mart- Work with product owner in defining the features, maintain the features which are released to production.- Design and conduct data analysis to translate business requirements to data requirements, develop JIRA stories to support product features- Work with business and technology partners or subject matter professionals to document or maintain business or technical metadata about systems, business or data elements, or data-related controls- Adhere to data governance standards and procedures, Identify data quality metrics and execute data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality- Support communications with basic documentation related to requirements, design decisions, issue closure, or remediation updates

Required Qualifications International:

7+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
