• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned area.
• Devise monthly sales plans, considering shelf-life and forecasting needs.
• Manage General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
• Track competition and develop strategies to counter new market entrants.
• Motivate, guide, and train the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate (Masters in Sales/Marketing preferred).
• Over 2 years of FMCG sales experience, focusing on rural, general, and modern trade channels.
• Proficient in local geography and multi-linguistic communication.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven team-handling expertise.
