We are looking for a results-oriented life insurance Sales Development Manager to guide our team, formulate strategies, enhance revenue, and ensure outstanding customer service and compliance.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and boost revenue.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction.
• Stay informed about market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and provide regular performance updates to senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Over 2 years of sales experience, including at least 6 months in a management role within the insurance sector.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
