Job Description : Infiniti Techlabs LLP is into SAP services, Analytics & Financial Planning solutions. One of the key divisions/units in the firm is the ECG (Enterprise Consulting Group). The ECG Business Unit is responsible for All SAP Service related deliveries, SAP Implementation, SAP AMS, SAP Advisory, SAP Migration etc. Mandatory Skills: At least 2 - 6 years of functional experience in SAP HR with strong Domain experience. Someone who has worked on multiple End to End Implementation projects, who is well verse in ASAP & Activate methodology. A knowledge of SAP ERP S/4 HANA will be an added advantage. 1.Strong SAP Payroll experience in either end-to-end Implementation or Support environments 2. Provide support for issue resolution as per defined SLAs - specifically investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing and solution documentation 3. Prepare functional specifications and change control requests 4. Assess Support Pack configuration, as requirements directed and complete subsequent configuration and testing activities arising out of support pack application 5. Provide consulting services to client base, as required 6. Ensure that customer needs are effectively addressed. 7. Provide relevant knowledge sharing opportunities for associates within Technical Services and Operations 8. Provide after hours support as agreed with Client / Team Leader / Manager. Competencies : 1. Professional manner and presentation with the ability to professionally set, manage and satisfy customer expectations through personal involvement or delegation 2. Should be able to handle clients, able to set the expectation and manage client SPOCs. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 4. Ability to work systematically and logically to resolve problems, address opportunities or manage the situation at hand, identify causes, relationships and implications 5. Demonstrated knowledge and application of key methodologies employed by technical services team 6. Demonstrated ability to work with a global team to achieve problem resolution 7. Ability to priorities tasks and demonstrated time management skills 8. Ability to work collaboratively with associates to achieve team goals
