Job Description

    As a Strategic Account Planner, your responsibility is to maintain and grow relationships with our key clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, comprehending their business needs and providing strategic solutions to help them achieve their objectives. This position demands exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of the industry.Strategic account manager responsibilities
    1. Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
    2. Comprehend clients business objectives, challenges, and market trends to provide strategic counsel and solutions that align with their goals.
    3. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate their satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and uncover opportunities for growth.
    4. Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
    5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working in close collaboration with the Sales team to develop account expansion strategies.
    6. Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    7. Remain current with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and market conditions to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities for our clients.
    8. Track and report on key account metrics, such as revenue growth, customer retention, and client satisfaction, to senior management.
    9. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and successful delivery of services.
