The Reservation Executive handles the requests from guests, companies and travel agents via phone and other platforms. He/She needs to ensure booking information are input accurately into the reservation system, and maintain and update room availability on online booking platforms.Responsibilities:Make Reservations The main responsibility of a hotel reservation agent is to help customers with planning and booking reservations for a hotel.
