Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the go to resource for Front End Development using Angular.
  • Work with product management to translate requirements into technical design and provide estimates.
  • Responsible for module design / low level architecture.
  • Experience delivering and maintaining applications.
  • Establish testing procedures to ensure application is thoroughly tested throughout development and before release.
  • Collaborate with other developers, as necessary, to resolve complex tasks.
  • Responsible for writing high-quality production code.
  • Monitor and report to management on project status identify issues that may impede attainment of goals, recommend, and implement corrective measures.
  • Continuously learn and expand knowledge in area of specialization.
Education/Experience:
  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Agile development methods
  • Must have experience with Angular and JavaScript, including writing single page applications.
  • Test Frameworks: JUnit, Selenium, Cucumber
  • Develop Frameworks: Eclipse, Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, CSS
  • Experience with relational databases. DynamoDB is a plus.
  • Familiarity with JSON and RESTful Web Services is a plus.
  • Experience with AWS computing services and cloud engineering is a plus.
  • Capable of performing tasks in a dynamic/changing environment
  • Experience in the automotive domain is a plus.
Organizational Relationships:
  • Reports directly to development management.
  • Interacts with other colleagues at all levels in the conduct of day-to-day activities.
  • Participates in meetings with internal stakeholders to assess business need.
