Job Details : Candidate Should know accounting in Tally ERP Accounting Software.MS Office, Email & Internet handle GST & Taxation Manage Stock & Office administration Fluent in English for correspondence Handle Inquiries & Orders from Client. Responsible for preparing various reports surrounding the metrics of thedifferent departments such as: sales, Manpower supply, Cashflows,Attendance, Procurement and supply of materialPreparing and ensuring the timely reporting of all monthly financialinformationCompiling and analysing data to find trendsManage, renew and renegotiate terms with existing clients and vendorsSupporting smooth onboarding of Clients by coordinating with regionalteamPreparing Annual Statements including Cash Flow Statements, P&LStatements, Balance sheets and Tax reportsLedger BookkeepingKnowledge of PF, ESI and Bonus calculationsPreparing Form 16ACoordination with all regulatory agenciesPreparing billing and invoicing of allocated region clientsVerify attendance of employees and generating reports for the process ofbilling and statutory compliancesVerify the Input attendance and necessary data in Focus software andprepare accurate salary statement on timeFull and Final Settlements (F&F) settlementsResponsible of handling petty cash, book keeping and prepare vouchersin Focus softwareVerify vendor bills and release account payee cheques as per therequirementPrepare monthly MIS reportsMonthly bank reconciliationPreparing monthly GST sales & ReconciliationMonitor and follow up for employee account details for non - payments,delayed payments and other irregularitiesPrepare Outstanding statement and follow ups with respectiveemployees for timely payments,Coordinating with operations team for invoice submission to clients,collections of due amounts and any invoice related issuesResolving Escalations from clients by effectively coordinating with theoperations team
