Designation - Relationship Manager(Agency Channel)Location -Indore,Khargone,Bhopal,Vidhisha, Sagar,Gwalior,Ujjain,Jabalpur,RatlamCTC upto 4LPAKey Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:Lead the agency networks insurance sales efforts, meet sales objectives, and provide ongoing support to help agents enhance their performance.Relationship Management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with agents by providing training, guidance, and continuous assistance to ensure their success.Agent Recruitment & Development:Support the recruitment of new agents, oversee their onboarding, and foster their development to strengthen and expand the agency network.Performance Monitoring:Track and assess agent performance, implementing strategies to boost productivity and improve sales results.Compliance & Reporting:Ensure agents comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, while keeping accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
