• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency network.
• Recruitment of new agents, train them onHealth insurance products, and provide regular support for business growth.
• Develop strategies to increaseHealth insurance penetration through effective agent engagement and relationship management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Candidate must have Experience into Insurance Agency Channel.
• Min. 12 to 18 months of Experience in Insurance Industry.

• Age - 25 yrs. to 40 yrs.
