This position requires leading and mentoring a team of agents, meeting sales targets, and driving business growth within the local market. The ideal candidate will have solid sales experience, excellent leadership capabilities, and a passion for the BFSI sector, especially in insurance.Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing team of agents to achieve set sales targets.
• Sales Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals in alignment with the companys targets.
• Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and agents to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Market Expansion: Discover new business opportunities and further develop the market by maintaining existing client relationships.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Regularly provide updates on sales performance, team progress, and market insights to senior management.
• Compliance Management: Ensure that all sales activities follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Graduate (Full-time program only).
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI or insurance industry.
• Age: 32 years or younger.
• Vehicle Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler (not required in Mumbai).
• Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local market and customer preferences.
• Sales Drive: Passionate about sales and skilled at motivating and leading a team to exceed targets.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to shifting market trends and business demands.
Additional Requirements:
• Must be able to join within 30 days.
