Job Description

    Job Summary: Leading the team of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) Coaching and motivating the team to achieve territory targets Meeting with various stakeholders including Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and Healthcare Institutions (HCI) decision-makers Achieving and surpassing assigned sales targets in the given area Setting sales targets for the sales team and ensuring implementation of marketing strategies Developing and maintaining relationships with KOLs and other key stakeholders Independently finalizing orders and negotiating deals Monitoring and reviewing sales team performance and providing necessary coaching Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management Traveling to potential and existing customers within the area to build brand awareness Developing and sustaining long-term customer relationships Ensuring product availability at all places within the territory Maintaining process compliance for daily operations Skills required include excellent coaching, people management, leadership, analytical problem-solving, negotiation, communication, customer service, and technical skills Role includes establishing sales quotas and ensuring strategies are in place to meet them Must develop and maintain high level product knowledge and medical information Eligibility criteria include 7 to 12 years of total experience, with at least 7 years in Cardiovascular Medical Devices, preferably with managerial experience Educational qualifications include any graduate/postgraduate degree, and preferably BSc/B.Pharm Candidates should preferably be from the Medical Device industry, with a background in selling products to Interventional Cardiologists.,
