Freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets in compliance with accounting standards. Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and timely books of accounts, including reconciliations. Taxation: Manage GST, TDS, and income tax compliance, including filing of returns and handling assessments. Audit Coordination: Assist in coordinating internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to compliance standards. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely compliance with tax and legal regulations applicable to proprietorship businesses. MIS Reporting: Develop and present MIS reports to aid in business decision-making. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and fund flow. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate and streamline financial processes.Qualifications & Skills: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-3 years of experience. Freshers are welcome to apply. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and income tax laws applicable to proprietorship firms. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP) and Advanced Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
