Job Description

    Assistant Branch Manager The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a branch. This role involves managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving branch goals. The Assistant Branch Manager plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, utilizingto streamline processes and improve team performance.
    • Assist in managing branch operations and achieving sales targets.
    • Support the Branch Manager in staff supervision and training.
    • Additionally, a Presales Manager must handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience for potential clients while aligning with the goals ofSuperworks.
    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff.
    • Monitor branch performance and implement improvements.
    • Handle customer service issues and ensure high satisfaction levels.
