Job Description

    Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and sales initiatives. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables. Manage and track sales pipelines using CRM tools like Salesforce, SAP, or other ERP systems. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business growth areas. Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and develop long-term client partnerships. Report regularly on sales activities, market trends, and performance to the management team.Required Skills: Proven experience in Sales or Business Development (1 years). Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, SAP, ERP systems). Experience in IT Sales or relevant domains is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
