Create impactful learning experiences through innovation.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Career Counselor at Neurons School of Innovation & AI in Indore, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Career Counselor will provide career counseling, development, and management services to students.As a Counselor, you will: Guide students in selecting the right courses and programs tailored to their goals. Provide consultations and support to help students kickstart their AI journey. Foster relationships with students, ensuring a positive experience from inquiry to enrollment. Represent Neurons Schools mission and vision to inspire confidence and trust.What Were Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for education, innovation, and making a difference. Proven experience in counseling or HR (preferred but not mandatory).
