Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Account Sourcing: Identify and secure 3-in-1 accounts (savings/salary, trading, and demat accounts) within the designated region, collaborating closely with the Bank team.
• Customer Needs Assessment: Recommend and sell appropriate financial products to meet individual customer needs, ensuring that recommendations align with customer goals and preferences.
• Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service by providing thorough product support and after-sales assistance. Address and resolve customer queries and escalations in coordination with the Bank team.
• Compliance: Adhere to KYC (Know Your Customer) guidelines by meticulously verifying all required customer documentation and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards.
