Job Description

Hiring Cluster Managers !Who we are: Stanza Living is Indias largest and fastest growing tech-enabled, managed accommodation company that delivers a hospitality-led living experience to migrant students and young working professionals across India. Job Responsibilities: Cluster Manager

  • Own the P&L for all residences in the cluster and drive overall profitability by keeping a strong control over costs
  • Own NPS scores for the cluster and run projects to drive customer experience.
  • Hire Residence Captains and train them to manage the overall operations of each residence.
  • Oversee delivery of various services including food, hospitality, internet, laundry, and security to drive maximum customer experience
  • Implement new tools created by the Technology team and drive usage.
