Job Description

    We are seeking a Computer Maintenance Technician to manage the IT department. To ensure success as a Computer Maintenance Technician, you should possess extensive experience in Hardware & software maintenance. An accomplished Computer Maintenance Technician will be someone whose technical expertise results in enhanced IT system efficiency.Roles & Responsibilities:Must have knowledge of Firewall management.Good with assembling & maintaining High-end Gaming Pcs.Excellent knowledge of networking & trouble shooting.Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.Creating user accounts and performing access control.Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in Hardware & software maintenance..
