The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning, creating, implementing, and maintaining cookie consent banners to ensure compliance with global privacy laws and regulations. Opportunity to participate on automation of manual tasks is given.Key Responsibilities:Cookie Consent Implementation: Design, configure, and implement cookie consent banners using the OneTrust platform, ensuring they align with the companys branding and legal requirements. Develop customizations for banners based on the requirements of different regions and business units.Testing and Troubleshooting: Test and validate that the cookie banners appear and function properly on various devices, browsers, and user environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cookie consent, ensuring smooth user experience and functionality.Cookie Categorization and Management: Work with internal teams and product manager to categorize cookies and ensure that the correct consent options are presented to users. Maintain the consent log and manage consent records for compliance purposes.Documentation and Reporting: Document the cookie consent implementation process and provide reports on consent statuses and user behavior. Generate analytics and reports from OneTrust to measure consent acceptance rates and user interactions.User Experience (UX) Optimization: Work with UX/UI teams to ensure the banners are user-friendly, non-intrusive, and accessible while meeting all regulatory requirements.Ongoing Maintenance and Updates: Regularly review and update cookie consent banners to reflect new cookies or changes in data privacy regulations. Ensure that consent preferences are respected and stored for future interactions, including handling cookie opt-ins and opt-outs.Qualifications:Experience: Experience in working with OneTrust or similar consent management tools. Experience with technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development tools is appreciated. Prior experience in creating and maintaining cookie consent banners or managing cookie compliance processes is preferred.Skills: Technical skills, including knowledge of OneTrust configuration and implementation. Understanding of web analytics, tracking tools, and data privacy requirements. Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
