Job Description

    Job Summary: The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for various positions across the organization. This role requires a strategic approach to sourcing, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the companys staffing needs and goals.Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet organizational hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and departmental goals. Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify and engage potential candidates. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Candidate Screening and Selection: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. Administer assessments and coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the interview process. Provide feedback and recommendations on candidates to hiring managers. Recruitment Administration: Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates and recruitment activities. Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Employer Branding: Promote the companys brand and enhance its reputation as an employer of choice. Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and industry conferences to increase the companys visibility. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through the hiring process. Address candidate inquiries and provide timely updates regarding their application status.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment. Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
