Job Description

    Job Title: Customer Support Executive Domestic Voice ProcessJob Location: Indore ]Job Type: Full-timeShift Timing: [Day shift ]Key Responsibilities:
    • Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service via voice support (inbound/ calls) to resolve customer queries, concerns, and issues.
    • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues or general queries related to products/services and offer appropriate solutions.
    • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the companys products, services, and processes to effectively assist customers.
    • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
    • Customer Engagement: Ensure high customer satisfaction by engaging with customers and providing clear, concise, and effective communication.
    • Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure that customer issues have been resolved satisfactorily and maintain service standards.
    • Adherence to Policies: Comply with the companys policies and procedures, including service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
    • Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team to meet individual and team targets. Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve customer concerns.
    Skills & Qualifications:
    • Educational Qualification: Minimum High School graduate; Graduation preferred.
    • Experience: Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or similar roles preferred.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear and professional tone.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly understand customer issues and offer logical, effective solutions.
    • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, ability to navigate CRM and other software tools efficiently.
    • Listening Skills: Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
    • Patience & Empathy: A positive attitude, patience, and empathy while dealing with customers.
