Our innovative team structure ensures that you have access to top-tier financial talent on a flexible basis, exactly when you need it.Role DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage accounting softwareReconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthlyPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsTrack and record expense reports and reimbursementsSupport month-end and year-end closing processesAssist in preparing financial documents for tax purposesMaintain confidentiality of financial informationImplement and maintain internal financial controlsRequired QualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum 2-3 years of bookkeeping experienceAdvanced proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage accounting softwareStrong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practicesExcellent attention to detail and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting toolsExperience with cloud-based accounting systemsStrong organizational and time management skills,
