• Counsel 12th/PUC students, parents & principals on medical career pathways
• Explain program options in Allied Health Sciences (anesthesia, OT, radiology, emergency care, etc.)
• Convert enquiries from walk-ins, calls & digital leads into admissions
• Manage applications, documentation, CRM updates & follow-ups
• Conduct seminars, school/college sessions & participate in education fairs
• Maintain high professional grooming & communication standards

• 36 years of experience in academic counselling/admissions
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Strong understanding of student psychology & parent expectations
• Target-driven & disciplined with follow-ups
• Confident, well-groomed, and comfortable addressing groups
