Job Description

    Job DescriptionPosition: Flutter LeadExperience: 10 YearsJob Summary:We are looking for a Flutter Lead with 10 years of mobile development experience and expertise in Flutter and Dart to build scalable cross-platform apps and lead a team of developers.Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Flutter applications while adhering to project timelines and quality standards. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to ensure effective delivery. Development: Build scalable, robust mobile applications with seamless cross-platform functionality. API Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and backend systems. Optimization: Ensure code quality, optimize performance, and implement testing strategies (unit, integration, widget testing). Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, and other teams to deliver intuitive and user-friendly apps.Qualifications and Skills: 10 years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 5 years working with Flutter and Dart. Expertise in state management frameworks such as Provider, Bloc, or Redux. Proficiency in API integration and asynchronous programming. Hands-on experience with SQL databases. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies. Experience with cloud services like Firebase or AWS. Proven track record in leading and managing development teams. Good to have: Knowledge of Native Android (Java/Kotlin) and Native iOS (Objective-C/Swift) development, as well as contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the Flutter community.,
