Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented motor claims surveyor to join our team. The surveyor will be responsible for assessing insurance claims remotely using online inspection methods. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to interpret policy terms and conditions accurately.Responsibilities: Remote Assessment: Utilize online inspection tools and platforms to remotely assess and verify damages reported in insurance claims. Review survey photos and documentation uploaded by workshops or customers to determine the extent of losses incurred. Policy Adherence: Interpret and apply policy terms and conditions accurately during the assessment process. Ensure that claim settlements align with policy terms and conditions Verification of Damages: Scrutinize survey photos and documentation to verify the damages reported, conducting thorough assessments to ensure accuracy and fairness in claim settlements. Neutrality and Impartiality: Maintain a neutral stance throughout the assessment process, ensuring that the interests of both the insurer and policyholder are upheld. Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential biases. Timely Completion: Adhere to established timelines for completing remote assessments, ensuring that survey reports are submitted promptly to facilitate efficient claim processing.
