We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead our in-house projects and ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Job Summary: The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our in-house projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing complex projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and align with our companys goals.Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication of goals, roles, and responsibilities. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the project, monitor progress, and manage risks. Ensure adherence to project plans and timelines, and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders. Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and address concerns promptly. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets. Monitor expenses and ensure financial efficiency while maintaining quality standards. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech environment or managing software development projects.Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project, JIRA). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to ask insightful questions and challenge assumptions. Familiarity with software development processes and technologies (e.g., ReactJS, Node.js, Java, Python) is a plus,
