Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned QA Practice Lead to oversee and elevate our quality assurance processes, particularly within ETL and data warehousing environments. In this role, you will collaborate closely with development teams, product owners, and senior leadership to establish a culture of quality, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with organizational goals. Define quality standards, procedures, and metrics, focusing on ETL processes. Collaborate with development teams to maintain a strong quality culture, guiding testing best practices. Lead training programs to equip teams with essential QA skills. Monitor and report on QA performance, suggesting improvements. Mentor the QA team, offering guidance and performance feedback.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience in QA management, preferably in an Agile environment. Strong knowledge of ETL processes, testing methodologies, and QA tools. Leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and collaboration.
