    M.V. Patel & Co. is seeking motivated, customer-focused young retail sales executive (up to 30 years of age) to join our dynamic team at our showrooms in Indore. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for providing top-tier service to our clients. As a retail sales executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience by offering expert product knowledge, personalized service, and effective solutions. If you have a talent for engaging with customers and delivering value, we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities Handle customer engagement: Actively greet and engage customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on premium bathroom fittings, lights, and tiles. Work on product knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the products offered by M.V. Patel & Co., including features, benefits, and suitable applications. Work on sales target achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate products and solutions. Work on showroom maintenance: Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers at all times. Provide sales support: Assist customers with product selection, processing orders, and ensuring smooth transactions. Follow-up: Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Utilize basic computer skills: Use computers to check stock availability, process transactions, and generate sales reports.
