Job Description

• Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends
• Coordinating with the sales team to set sales targets, track performance and develop plans for improvement if necessary
• Planning and overseeing the organizations marketing activities, ensuring consistency with the overall business objectives
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, potential customers, and other stakeholders
• Providing training and guidance to sales and marketing team members
• Preparing and presenting sales and marketing reports to senior management
• Managing budgets for marketing and sales campaigns
• Monitoring competitors activities and making necessary adjustments to the strategies
• Knowledge of FMCG Products
