Job Description

    Job Title: Sales ManagerSales Target Achievement:
    • Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals for home loans and other mortgage products.
    • Design and implement effective sales strategies to foster market expansion.
    • Generate qualified leads through various channels, including collaborations with real estate developers, agents, and referrals.
    Customer Acquisition:
    • Identify potential customers, assess their financial needs, and offer tailored home loan solutions.
    • Actively engage in sales activities such as client meetings, site visits, and networking events.
    • Build and nurture a strong pipeline of prospects, ensuring regular follow-ups and timely conversions.
    Relationship Management:
    • Foster and maintain strong partnerships with real estate developers, property brokers, and other key industry stakeholders to drive lead generation.
    • Provide exceptional service throughout the loan application and approval process to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Address customer concerns and queries, ensuring smooth and prompt loan disbursement.
    Loan Processing Coordination:
    • Work closely with internal teams (credit, risk, and operations) to ensure smooth loan approval and disbursement processes.
    • Ensure all customer documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
    • Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, resolving any issues that may arise during the loan processing stage.
    Minimum Experience: 1 YearMaximum Experience: 6 YearsMaximum Offered CTC: 3.50 LPAAge Limit: Up to 34 yearsIndustry: BFSI
