Job Description

    About menuPe:menuPe (menupe.com) is a startup providing free digital menus to restaurants and cafs, designed to modernize the dining experience at no cost to the business. Our business model generates revenue by offering an ad space on the digital menu interface, where advertisers can request ad placement for a fee.We are seeking a confident and experienced individual to help us expand our reach by onboarding restaurants and cafs to the platform, with the potential to become a cofounder based on performance.Experienced restaurant owners or working professionals (From the restaurant industry) can also apply.Sales Responsibilities (First 3 Months)1. Restaurant & Caf Outreach: Actively approach to restaurants and cafes for digital menu solutions. Build relationships with restaurant and caf owners, explaining the benefits of a free digital menu.2. Onboarding and Setup: Ensure successful onboarding of restaurants and cafs, guiding them through the process of setting up and using the digital menu. Assist in the installation of QR code displays and provide training as needed for restaurant staff.3. Market Research & Feedback: Gather feedback from onboarded businesses about the menuPe platform, identifying areas for improvement or additional features that could be beneficial.4. Account Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with restaurant and caf partners, addressing any concerns or issues they may encounter. Be the point of contact for menuPes restaurant clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term engagement with the platform.Compensation:Initial Contract: Duration: 3 months Compensation: 15,000 per month for the first 3 months (onboarding and sales). Review Period: After 3 months, based on onboarding success and ad requests, the candidate may transition to a Co-founder role.Potential Transition to Co-founder: If ad requests and advertiser interest meet our targets, the candidate will transition into a co-founder role. The cofounder role will include performance-based incentives and/or equity options, to be discussed upon completion of the initial 3-month review.,
