Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:Team Leadership:Provide guidance, direction, and support to insurance agents or representatives.Set clear goals and objectives for the team and individual team members.Motivate team members to achieve targets and foster a positive work environment.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.Resolve conflicts or issues within the team promptly and effectively.Sales Management:Monitor team performance against sales targets and KPIs.Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.Identify areas for improvement and provide training or resources as needed.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and workflows.Customer Service:Ensure that team members provide exceptional service to customers.Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and empathy.Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service quality.Foster a customer-centric culture within the team.Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure that team members adhere to all relevant regulations and compliance standards.Monitor regulatory changes and update team members accordingly.Implement risk management policies and procedures to mitigate potential liabilities.Training and Development:Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development within the team.Develop and deliver training programs on insurance products, sales techniques, and customer service skills.Mentor and coach team members to help them reach their full potential.Required Skills :Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the Health Insurance domain.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.Experience in project management and process improvement is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals anddeliver results.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate: Indore, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience: Total: 4 years (Preferred) Team Lead: 1 year (Preferred)Language: English (Required)Work Location: In person,
