Senior Executive Trainer

Job Description

Role Description: We are looking for candidates with experience in imparting training related to process, product & development. Candidates working in Logistics, E-commerce & Retail industry are preferred. This role is not limited to only training but only content creation for the L & D team.Duties/Responsibilities:
• Liaise with regional Ops & L&D stakeholders to design and develop appropriate learning content
• Create training calendar, execution plan for assigned location
• Facilitate System, Process & Product workshops for blue and white collared employees
• Ensure training effectiveness for assigned business vertical in region/city/state
• Maintaining training records
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Attitude (KSA)
• Ability to liaise with leaders and draw out a thorough execution plan
• Delivery of training via CLT, Virtual & OJT for system, process & product trainings
• Ability to work with peers within and across teams on complex projects
• Execute relevant, time efficient training processes that help deliver training easily and effectivel
• Fluency in English and Hindi (an additional regional language will be preferred)
• 2-2.5 years of experience
• Open to travel to remote locations at least 18-20 days a month
• Should be well versed in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Desirable Knowledge, Skills, and Attitude (KSA)
• Strong presentation skills
• Exposure to handling blue collared employees
• Employee Engagement
Education Qualifications: -Any Graduate/PG
