End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless process.2. Technical Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent in IT-related fields.3. Collaborate with department heads to design and create comprehensive job descriptions for various roles across all departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.4. Utilize headhunting techniques to identify and engage passive candidates, ensuring a diverse and highly qualified talent pool.5. Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit for roles.6. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.7. Pipeline Management (Good into Backup plannings): Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future technical positions.8. Closing Candidates: Effectively negotiate offers and address candidate concerns to ensure successful closures.9. Develop tailored recruitment strategies for each department based on the unique needs and challenges of their respective profiles.10. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze recruitment metricQualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labor market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
