Youve been through the challenges, found what works, and built strategies that actually make a difference. We need practical, no-nonsense solutions.What Youll Do: Tackle Key Challenges: Solve the core problems we face every day in staffingreduce candidate drop rates, keep the quality of talent high, find talent quickly, meet the right price, and improve closing rates. Strategy for Scale: Build and execute strategies that help us fill roles faster and with better quality. Use data, tech, and processes to make hiring smooth and scalable. Hands-On Leadership: No fluffthis is about doing what needs to be done. Youll train and lead a team, setting them up to succeed and pushing them to hit numbers. Data-Driven Problem Solving: Use real numbers to inform decisions and optimize every step of the hiring process. Know where the bottlenecks are and fix them fast.Who You Are: Youve seen it beforebeen part of a staffing company growing to high volumes and solved these same problems.
