Job Description

    The IT Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the IT support team. They will provide technical guidance, assign tasks, and ensure efficient service delivery to internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of IT support technicians, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to effectively resolve user issues Prioritize and delegate IT support requests to team members based on urgency and impact Monitor team performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex technical problems Collaborate with other IT teams to coordinate projects and ensure seamless integration Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to enhance service delivery Maintain detailed records of IT incidents, changes, and resolutions Contribute to the development of IT policies, procedures, and best practices Provide regular status updates to management on team performance and project progressRequired Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead position Strong technical expertise in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands Experience with IT service management tools and processesIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for leading and empowering an IT support team, we encourage you to apply for this role.Job Types: Full-time, FresherSchedule: Day shiftExperience: total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In person,
