    Job Title: US IT RecruiterLocation: Indore, IndiaJob Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our team in Indore. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT candidates for our clients in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT recruitment process and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates skills and suitability for specific roles. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various IT positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process from start to finish. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in IT recruitment is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Working Hours:This position may require flexibility to accommodate clients in different time zones.
