The ideal candidate will be well-versed in export regulations, licensing, and product registration processes—especially for countries like Japan and other international markets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage international marketing strategies for fish meal, pet feed, and food-grade products.Identify and build strong relationships with distributors, buyers, and partners in key export markets.Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, export documentation, and licensing requirements.Lead product registration processes for export markets such as Japan, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.Coordinate with regulatory authorities and ensure certifications (e.g., FDA, EIC, APEDA, etc.) are in place for each market.Monitor international market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.Represent the company at global trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets.Collaborate with internal teams (production, QA, legal) to ensure export readiness and timely delivery.Candidate Requirements:8 to 10 years of proven experience in international marketing of fish meal, oil extraction, pet feed or food products.In-depth knowledge of export laws, product registration, and compliance for Japan and other global markets.Strong negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.Experience in managing multi-country exports and handling government/regulatory approvals.Proficiency in MS Office, international trade portals, and CRM/ERP tools.Willingness to travel for international business development.
