Job Description

: Account Manager, Large Customer Sales Iberia (Spanish, Portuguese, English)Location: Dublin, IrelandMinimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese, Spanish, and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience gathering and presenting technical and financial data to promote products, services, and solutions, and working in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in strategy consulting, in-house consulting, business development, or consultative sales.
  • Experience in developing strategies under imperfect information to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience in performance marketing or e-commerce.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a constantly evolving environment, managing resources across all levels of the value chain.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization to align on shared goals.

We advise clients on Googles broad range of products across search, video, and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies for clients, leveraging Googles advertising products (search, display, video, and apps).
  • Collaborate with clients on international projects, providing guidance and ensuring implementation of Googles advertising solutions in different markets.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with stakeholders at companies across various industries, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Analyze data trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and develop narratives that drive client growth and maximize business impact.
  • Own your book of business, aligning customer objectives and expectations with internal and external Google resources to foster growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, expanding the scope and impact of your partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations.
