Job Description

Growth Manager, App Sales, Google Customer Solutions (English)Location: Dublin, IrelandExperience: MidMinimum qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a mobile, apps and digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • 3 years of sales experience in Apps or Gaming.
  • Experience with the app marketers and app ecosystem.
  • Experience in sales and in educating and working with advertisers.
  • Ability to communicate (speak and write) in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working with clients and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience meeting or exceeding sales while building pipelines and pitching Google Ads solutions.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
  • Understanding of the app marketers and app ecosystem.
  • Ability to communicate in one of the following languages: Italian, French, Arabic, German, Hebrew, Dutch or Swedish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions.

In this role, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile application developers grow their business using Google products and services. You will take ownership of the application install business in the assigned market from setting strategy and execution to reach the market growth goals.   • Build and manage relationships with clients and develop an understanding of their business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in your book of business, prioritize accounts, handle objections and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international marketing goals. Utilize Googles marketing solutions suite, specifically app advertising.
  • Contribute to the development of Googles comprehensive suite of app install advertisement products. Work and collaborate with a set of mobile-focused cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with the GCS sales organization as well as cross-functional teams such as GTM, OPG, Play and gTech.
