Job Description

: Gaming Growth Manager, Google Customer Solutions (German/Dutch)Location: Dublin, IrelandExperience Level: MidMinimum qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a mobile, apps and digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • 2 years of experience in the applications marketing industry.
  • Ability to communicate in English and German or Dutch fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience managing digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and relationships with customers or agencies in the apps market and apps ecosystem.
  • Experience in the gaming, mobile apps, or digital industry.
  • Knowledge of the app marketing and ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of the app developer ecosystem.
  • Ability to understand the goals, identify the opportunities, and provide customized solutions to help clients achieve success.
  • Excellent solution selling skills.

You will take ownership of the application install business in the assigned market from setting strategy and execution to reach the market growth goals.   • Build and manage relationships with clients and develop an understanding of their business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Work and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time.
  • Plan and achieve business growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Build knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
  • Provide outstanding service to clients and design application marketing solutions for clients to drive long-term success.
