Position : Branch Manager Department : Sales-Manage the Sales/Collection operations at the assigned Branch Build relationship with EV OEM(s) and dealership in the assigned area Ensure sales and collection performance targets are met Hire and train team members Prepare Daily performance report/MIS Take regular feedback for customer satisfactionKey Requirements :- Must have Own vehicle and DL Age below 35 years Min Education- 12th Pass Team Management and Branch Sales/Collection Operations Experience - Vehicle Finance (NBFC/ Bank) preferred. Past experience of managing a team of 3-5 people.Minimum 5 years of sales (retail finance) experience in the banking or non-bankingfinancial sector (Bank/NBFC). Proven track record of successfully managing & leading teams of more than 20 peopleat various levels. Strong leadership skills to build , monitor and track the teams performance. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with keystakeholders. Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute growth plans to achieve ambitioustargets. Adaptability and agility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
